With Birmingham City Council having a new administration made up of Lib Dem, Green and Independent Councillors and 65 of the 101 Councillors on the Council being newly elect, only the Local Conservatives have the experience and knowledge to stand up for residents and hold the new administration to account.
Cllr Robert Alden, Leader of the Local Conservatives said "We fought the election on a manifesto to clean up Birmingham. Clean up our streets, clean up our housing, clean up our neighbourhoods, clean up the Council finances, clean up our green spaces and clean up our roads. Those issues remain and we will use our position to continue to push the Council to improve our great city. Our Shadow Cabinet team has more experience that the cabinet and we will be using that to fight for residents".
